Chicken Manchurian

It is most popular and all time favorite dishes from Chinese cuisine. It is usually served along with Chinese Chicken Fried rice as a regular meal. 

Ingredients:

  • Boneless-Chicken-1/2 Kg
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • Corn Flour- 4 Spoons in water
  • Murgh-Yakhni
  • Chop Garlic
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Chili Sauce 2 teaspoon
  • Safaid-Zeera 2 teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt tablespoon
  • Oil 
  • leafs of Hari Payaz


Method

  1. Heat oil, fry ginger garlic, fry chicken.
  2. Add ketchup, chili garlic, salt and chilies.
  3. Add chicken stock in it till boiling.
  4. Add corn flour until thick.
  5. Pour this into sizzler and present hot sizzler Manchurian.
  6. Serve with garlic rice.
